(PLACERVILLE, CALIFORNIA) Aug 22, 2022 — A few days ago was the one year anniversary since the Caldor Fire started. Last season, most of our players and coaches were evacuated from their homes for weeks, while all of the first responders were fighting to protect our homes and businesses…(even @chase.nutting.3979 decided to stay back to keep the fire from burning his property)

Though we all were unsure if we would even have a home to return to, we came together as a football team and continued to practice everyday and play games on friday nights.

After the evacuation order was lifted and we returned home, the class of 2023 was adamant about having their senior poster done to honor and thank @calfire and all other first responders for all of their hard work in protecting our small community.
