Restaurant Tenant Set to Depart, What’s Planned for El Dorado Hills’ La Borgata

(EL DORADO HILLS, CALIFORNIA) July 27, 2022 — A prominent restaurant space in El Dorado Hills’ La Borgata shopping center is on the market, with its current tenant set to leave in early 2023. Meanwhile, a wine bar and tapas restaurant plans to fill a separate space in the center.
Sienna currently fills an approximately 9,515-square-foot space at 3909 Park Drive in El Dorado Hills.

The La Borgata center provides about 62,000 square feet of retail and office space. Burke said there are no other retail vacancies in the center and its office space is 90% occupied. Other tenants include Sky Sushi, Bank of America, Smog King and The Nectar at the Villa taproom.
