The case, which dates back to a period from September 2019 to February 2020, revolved around the repeated advances Alfred Charles English made towards a minor victim, including that he disturbingly asked the minor victim for sex, sexual favors, and touched the victim in sexual ways. English is also known as: Alfred English; Chuck English; Charles English. He is associated with addresses in: Placerville; El Dorado; Denver, CO; Vancouver, WA; Morgan Hill, CA; Thornton, CO; Gilroy, CA; Los Banos, CA.
