By El Dorado County Office of Education

(PLACERVILLE, CALIFORNIA) Oct 14, 2022 — Thank you NurseRegistry for the generous donation of healthy snacks, facial tissue, anti-microbial playground balls, and sweatshirts to EDCOE Charter Home Study Academy (CHSA). “At NurseRegistry, we strive to help community partners continue to be critical resources,” shares Linda Newcomb, HR Director at NurseRegistry. Linda reached out to CHSA’s Principal Steve Bryant and created a wish list of much needed items.

Principal Bryant explained, “There are 230 students that attend Charter Home Study Academy which includes two other charter programs on the Charles Brown campus: Charter University Prep and Charter Connections Academy. The programs are all hybrid home school/independent study. Students attend campus two days a week and can also attend a variety of enrichment classes.” Donations like this from community partners like NurseRegistry make quality education goals more attainable.
