(PLACERVILLE, CALIFORNIA) Sept 17, 2022 — Disaster relief is available through many non-profits and other local organizations. El Dorado County relies on the partnerships and good work by non-profits and other local organizations to help residents in the midst of a natural disaster.

The Food Bank of El Dorado County has domestic supplies and food available. In addition, the Food Bank is actively working to provide meals to evacuees. They have many other resources, so just ask. The Food Bank of El Dorado County has provided considerable disaster relief to residents.

The El Dorado Community Foundation has been a key organization in providing disaster relief. The Foundation works with many other non-profit organizations to provide funding to provide disaster relief. They have created a Mosquito Fire Relief Fund to assist residents currently evacuated. The El Dorado Community Foundation focuses on providing funding.
