Placerville, CA —El Dorado County Fair & Event Center has a new event that we’re sure the community will enjoy — “Music at the Fairgrounds!” We plan to mix up the featured bands, so you sure to find something you’ll love. On Friday night, September 9th, our featured band is FBI. Gates open at 6:00pm with music from 6:30 to 10 pm.

FBI is a soulful tribute to The Legends of Motown, Funk and MORE!! Spending time with FBI is like spending time with old Friends including The Temptations, The Four Tops, Smokey Robinson & the Miracles, Diana Ross & The Supremes, Aretha, Staple Singers, Marvin Gaye, Sly & the Family Stone, WAR and more. Not many bands have the musicality and vocal depth to pull off what FBI does at EVERY show! FBI brings a fire that is sure to stir your soul and get your body moving! The FBI BAND proclaims that: YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO DANCE!

The Fry Boys Food Truck will be here along with a no-host bar — cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks. So, bring a blanket, lawn chairs and get ready to enjoy a beautiful evening out with friends and family. P.S. Don’t forget those dancing shoes. You’re sure to hear some music that will get your feet moving.

As a 501 c 3 nonprofit, we rely on revenue from our year-round rentals and fundraising events like this to maintain, update and beautify our facility for the thousands of people that utilize it each year. Please, no outside food or alcohol. $10 per person entry. Under 12 Free.
