X-Golf takes 6,800-square-foot El Dorado Hills Town Center space Previously Chili’s

PLACERVILLE, CALIFORNIA, June 2, 2022 — It appears X-Golf America is eyeing the El Dorado Hills Town Center. Franchisee Tee Minus 18 LLC recently filed a fictitious business name statement for a location at 2085 Vine St., Suite 201, in El Dorado Hills. The space, shown here, was previously occupied by Chili’s Grill & Bar. 6,800-square-foot space in the El Dorado Hills Town Center. The space near the center’s movie theater was previously occupied by Chili’s Grill & Bar.
Recent filings indicate an entertainment golf simulator concept could be coming to the El Dorado Hills Town Center in the future.
X-Golf’s simulators use high-speed cameras and laser optics to track the player’s golf ball within 98% accuracy, according to the Sacramento Business Journal
“locations each have a full bar and restaurant, as well as a minimum of six indoor golf simulators that can be rented out”
