Inaugural SmokeChasers Event First Responders’ Fair

Amador County Sheriff's Office

PLACERVILLE, Calif. May 18, 2022 — Come out and join us at the Amador County Fairgrounds this weekend!

The Smokechasers event is taking place this Saturday (11-6) and Sunday (11-4) in Plymouth. Sheriff Redman will be speaking about emergency preparedness both days at 2pm and might even take a turn in dunk tank. The Office of Emergency Services will have a booth to help you sign up for CodeRED, and will also be handing out new evacuation tags, as well introducing the public to their new webpage. We will also have lots of Sheriff’s Office emergency response equipment on site and daily demonstrations from our Search and Rescue and K9 teams.
