Archer Building in EDH Faces Workers’ Comp Fraud Charges – Sacramento Business Journal

PLACERVILLE, Calif. (May 17, 2022) — Three people associated with an El Dorado Hills construction company were arraigned Monday on charges of fraud related to workers’ compensation insurance.
Troy Williams, 49, of Angels Camp; Nanci Morman, 68, of Somerset; and John Allison, 63, of Rocklin, are facing felony charges for allegedly conspiring to lower insurance premiums.
“It’s a misunderstanding. I have an attorney taking care of it,” Williams told the Business Journal. He declined to elaborate further.
