Hangtown Music Festival is moving to a new home for its 2022 outing. The event featuring host band Railroad Earth will be held at the Nevada County Fairgrounds in Grass Valley, California from October 20 – 23.

Past installments of what was originally the Hangtown Halloween Ball and more recently Hangtown Music Festival took place at El Dorado County Fairgrounds in Placerville, California. This year will be the final “Hangtown Music Festival” as organizers are retiring the “Hangtown” name after 2022. “The fairgrounds have ample camping space and plenty of RV hookups, and are conveniently located,” reads a note on the event’s website.
