The Firehouse Sessions are a series of workshops and poetry readings centered on ekphrasis, the practice of describing visual art in a literary mode. The artwork displayed in Confidence Firehouse Gallery will serve both as inspiration and as backdrop for these intimate, illuminating dialogues between disparate mediums.
