This coming Wednesday (09/06) at 7 p.m., the Buckeye Union School District will be holding a public discussion item regarding a board policy related to giving parents notification, when their child is receiving mental health services and/or gender reassignment. This policy would be similar to the one that was recently passed by the Chino Valley Unified School District in Southern California in July. Several school districts have followed suit since that time.
WE NEED YOU TO SHOW TO SHOW UP AND GIVE PUBLIC COMMENT AT THIS IMPORTANT BOARD MEETING.
The meeting will be held at the Buckeye Union School District Office.
Please bring a friend and/or a neighbor.
