The landlord and his development partner have decided that they would like to develop the property. They mentioned their “plan will include a business like Marco’s. Whether it is Marco’s or another entity is yet to be determined. We have offered to buy the property or even sell Marcos’ Cafe to the current landlord but they won’t be doing so.
