(PLACERVILLE, CALIFORNIA) Sept 29, 2022 — The EDSO Homeless Outreach Team was conducting a robbery investigation in Pollock Pines involving two people from our homeless community.

The Deputies discovered the suspect was in possession of a stolen mountain bike worth thousands of dollars, stolen from a Placerville resident’s garage.

The suspect was arrested for possession of stolen property, robbery, and violating his probation.

The next day, we had the distinct pleasure of returning the mountain bike to it’s owner.

His happy smile made our day!
