There is a lot of interest in the update to the Ranch Marketing Ordinance, so I wanted to clarify what our actions will be on Tuesday.

The BOS has to adopt a Resolution of Intention in order to proceed with the process of updating the Ranch Marketing Ordinance.

This agenda item is NOT to bring forward the recommended changes on Tuesday! This is just a necessary administrative step before staff can bring back the proposed amendments for public review.
