Officer Tutuwan received a prestigious accolade at the award ceremony held by MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) in Citrus Heights. The ceremony celebrated the outstanding contributions of officers who have significantly impacted their community by combatting driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Officer Tutuwan’s remarkable dedication led to the apprehension of 28 individuals suspected of driving under the influence, earning him this well-deserved recognition. The ceremony was attended by distinguished guests, including Sgt. A. Pratt, Reserve Sgt. D. Tadlock, and El Dorado County Deputy District Attorney Michael Pizutti who joined in honoring Officer Tutuwan’s commendable achievements.
