On December 20, 2023, EDSO Detectives delved into the case of a stolen cellphone and wallet from a Target outlet, initiating a meticulous investigation. The victim’s debit card, pilfered in the crime, became a key link to unraveling the perpetrator’s identity.

Swift action ensued as the detectives traced the unauthorized card usage to four nearby stores. Coordinating with these establishments, one business’s surveillance footage proved pivotal in identifying Kristine Rounseville. The captured footage not only revealed Rounseville but also provided crucial details about the vehicle associated with her.

Arrest and Criminal History:

Kristine Marie Rounseville, 35, a white female standing at 5′ 0″ and weighing 140 pounds, was swiftly apprehended by EDSO Detectives on December 21, 2023. Rounseville, already on searchable probation for theft and credit card fraud, found herself in the clutches of the law once again.

The arrest, conducted at 6064 Pony Ex Trail #8, marked the recovery of stolen property belonging to the victim.
