Singer Songwriter Cynthia Renee will return to El Dorado County this weekend for a special event benefiting local 4-H at the El Dorado County Fairgrounds. Renee will be performing in a free concert at the annual El Dorado County 4-H Chili Cook Off and Round Up this Saturday.
