(InEDC) Ben van der Meer \u2013 Senior Reporter, Sacramento Business Journal Jul 11, 2023, 2023<\/pre>\n<p>AKT Investments Inc. has added a residential component to a planned high-profile retail development in El Dorado Hills.<\/p>\n<p>An updated notice filed with El Dorado County Monday states the project known as EDH 52 on Silva Valley Parkway will now have 304 apartments alongside a Costco and other planned retail.<\/p>\n<p>A message left with AKT Investments Monday was not returned. The Sacramento development company affiliated with Angelo K. Tsakopoulos is proposing changes for the 18-acre northern portion of the project.<\/p>\n<p>According to the letter, that area would now have 304 apartments in five four-story buildings, with amenities such as a pool, gym and outdoor gathering spaces.<\/p>\n<p>Those apartments would be alongside 14,000 square feet of neighborhood commercial uses, the letter states.
