EL DORADO COUNTY, Calif. (November 12, 2023) – The county Superior Courthouse became the stage for a charged public hearing as numerous residents voiced their strong opposition to the prospective release of David Bergey<\/a>, a man labeled a “Sexually Violent Predator<\/a>” by the state.
