(October 15, 2023) &#8211; NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING<\/p>\n<p>The County of El Dorado Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, to consider adopting an ordinance to set and modify the fees collected by the Planning and Building Department. Agenda and Staff Reports are available at <a href=\"https:\/\/eldorado.legistar.com\/Calendar.aspx\">https:\/\/eldorado.legistar.com\/Calendar.aspx<\/a> no less than 72 hours before the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>All persons interested are invited to attend and be heard or to write their comments to the Clerk of the Board. For the current remote options please check the meeting Agenda no less than 72 hours before the meeting, which will be posted at <a href=\"https:\/\/eldorado.legistar.com\/Calendar.aspx\">https:\/\/eldorado.legistar.com\/Calendar.aspx<\/a>. If you challenge any fees in court, you may be limited to raising only those items you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Board at, or prior to, the public hearing.
