A woman was seriously injured in a crash Wednesday evening at an intersection in El Dorado County.
The wreck happened on the westbound Highway 50 and Elks Club Drive at around 5:39 p.m.
A bicycle and a car were located at the crash site. The events surrounding the incident were not immediately established.
An elderly female sustained major injuries in the incident.
