On Saturday, October 21, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The group will set up shop in the Raley’s Parking Lot. Beneath a prominent green and gold pop-up tent. Their mission is to distribute U.S. Constitutions and engage with the local community by presenting a survey asking a profound question: “YES” or “NO” to have El Dorado County secede from the State of California and adopt the new name of The Republic of El Dorado State.
