May 27, 2022 \u2014 The owners of Mom &amp; Pop Chicken Shop are planning a new concept for their El Dorado Hills location, which will close its doors this weekend.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content__segment combx paywall__content\">Mom &amp; Pop Chicken Shop is a locally owned restaurant that serves fried chicken, sandwiches, buffalo wings, tenders, salads, burgers, tacos and french fries. It has locations in the El Dorado Hills Town Center and in Cameron Park.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content__segment combx paywall__content\">The El Dorado Hills site\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/sacramento\/news\/2020\/11\/17\/new-el-dorado-hills-town-center-restaurant.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">opened in November 2020<\/a>, and the Cameron Park restaurant\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/sacramento\/news\/2021\/12\/22\/chicken-shop-opens-in-cameron-park.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">opened late last year.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"content__segment combx paywall__content\">Owner\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/sacramento\/search\/results?q=Nick%20Dedier\">Nick Dedier<\/a>\u00a0said the El Dorado Hills location at 4355 Town Center Blvd., Suite 114, will close on Sunday in preparation for a new concept he and partner\/beverage director\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/sacramento\/search\/results?q=Alexa%20Hazelton\">Alexa Hazelton<\/a>\u00a0plan to open in the space this summer. The new business will be called Almighty Food Co.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content__segment combx paywall__content\">The owners said their daily wellness routine influenced their decision to open the new concept, described as a fine-casual restaurant that works with local farms to provide ingredients and sustainably sourced meats and vegetables.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content__segment combx paywall__content\">Menu items include soups and salads, bowls, tartines and sandwiches and other sides.
