(May 17, 2022) \u2014 Three people associated with an El Dorado Hills construction company were arraigned Monday on charges of fraud related to workers&#8217; compensation insurance.<\/p>\n<p>Troy Williams, 49, of Angels Camp; Nanci Morman, 68, of Somerset; and John Allison, 63, of Rocklin, are facing felony charges for allegedly conspiring to lower insurance premiums.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a misunderstanding. I have an attorney taking care of it,\u201d Williams told the Business Journal. He declined to elaborate further.<\/p>\n<p>Williams is president of Archer Building Co. Inc. in El Dorado Hills.
