PLACERVILLE, California (InEDC) Nov 17, 2022 \u2014 It appears Jersey Mike’s Subs, a sandwich chain from New Jersey, plans to join a retail center near Placerville that’s being renovated.<\/p>\n
\n
The\u00a0website<\/a>\u00a0for Prospector’s Plaza, at the southeast quadrant of Highway 50 and Missouri Flat Road,\u00a0lists Jersey Mike’s as coming soon. The sandwich chain’s\u00a0website<\/a>\u00a0also confirms the planned location, but does not specify a schedule for opening.<\/p>\n
Prospector’s Plaza is one of the largest shopping centers in El Dorado County and is anchored by a Target store\u00a0that opened in 2020. A renovation project at Prospector’s Plaza is expected to be completed by fall 2023, according to the center’s website. Other\u00a0planned additions<\/a>\u00a0to the center include Quick Quack Car Wash, Aspen Dental and Dunkin’, the website states.<\/p>\n
Jersey Mike’s is a franchise chain with many locations in the Sacramento area, and at least one other local site\u00a0in the works<\/a>. That restaurant will be in Fair Oaks.<\/p>\n
