PLACERVILLE, Calif. \u2014 An El Dorado County jury has convicted Jeffrey Keith Aiello, 59, of 10 counts of child molestation and one count of kidnapping.<\/p>\n
Aiello, a resident of Pilot Hill, molested six children between 1999 and 2015, according to a news release from the county District Attorney\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n
During the jury trial each of his victims testified to being molested by Aiello, a person they said they trusted.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe victims, now survivors, confronted their abuser with dignity and grit and we could not be more proud of their bravery and strength,\u201d states DA\u2019s officials in the news release.<\/p>\n
The case was prosecuted by deputy district attorney Kassie Cardullo and specially assigned to El Dorado County sheriff\u2019s Det. Mark Hangebrauck.<\/p>\n
Aiello will be sentenced by Judge Mark Ralphs June 14.<\/p>\n
Prosecutors said he faces multiple life sentences for his crimes.<\/p>\n
