Raul left his residence in the Lotus area in the afternoon on 9\/16\/22 driving his white 2013 Mercedes Sprinter Van (license plate CA 96088M1).<\/p>\n<p>Family members did not see Raul leave the residence and do not know where he would have gone. He does not have his cell phone with him.<\/p>\n<p>Due to Raul&#8217;s condition, he would likely get lost and not be able to return home.
