It is at 4-5 acres. Evacuation warnings and orders are in effect of the fire area.<\/p>\n<p>Power lines are down. Structures are threatened. Forward progress of fire has stopped.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>Incident <strong>Update 8:05 PM<\/strong>:<br \/>\nFirefighters have made great progress.
