Vern Pierson"},"content":{"rendered":"<pre>Cris Alarcon, News@InEDC.com<\/pre>\n<p>(PLACERVILLE, CALIFORNIA) July 31, 2022 \u2014 &#8220;Once again the El Dorado County Grand Jury digs into the EDH CSD and finds significant issues and predictably, once again the response from the General Manager is the Grand Jury\u2019s incompetence is the problem.\u00a0 The question for the EDC District Attorney @ElDoradoDA is when do these repetitively identified errors and omissions by this public agency cross over into malfeasance, and the lack of corrective actions become obstruction? How many legal investigations are allowed to be ignored before corrective action is taken?&#8221; &#8211; George Steed<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Robert George your question to the County D.A. is appropriate. CSD GM Kevin Loewen publicly stated that the recommendations will &#8220;NOT be implemented&#8221; during last Board meeting. Now Kevin calls for a special commission to investigate the Grand Jury itself. These games need to come to an end and CSD must take responsibility for its conduct. The D.A. Office may be a logical next resource to assure a process for better government is achieved.&#8221; &#8211; Robert Williams.<\/p>\n<p>REGARDING STORY SHARED from Village Life &#8212;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">El Dorado County Grand Jury investigates LLADs<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">By Sel Richard<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The El Dorado County Grand Jury recently published results of an investigation into the El Dorado Hills Community Services District\u2019s management of Landscape and Lighting Assessment Districts.
