Ross, 53, a Placerville woman was killed Wednesday.\u00a0 California Highway Patrol investigators say wasn\u2019t wearing her seatbelt in a collision on Highway 49 near China Hill Road south of the town of El Dorado.<\/p>\n<p>Ross was driving a 1996 Ford Explorer on Highway 49 shortly before 4 p.m.\u00a0 Her vehicle was involved in a crash with a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta driven by an El Dorado woman.
