UNION VALLEY RESERVOIR — The lake is at 93-percent capacity. Guide Ken Mathis reported kokane trolling was producing three to five fish per day running 14 to 17 inches on dodger/hoochies at 17 to 20 feet deep. Macks were starting to get active and Mathis was picking up one or two fish per trip to 22 pounds. On his last trip, he netted a 12 pounder for Marilyn Phelps of Pollock Pines.
