A Haunting visit to Lake Tahoe
Actually, that title is a lie. Well… maybe it is true but I have no idea. Over summer I was blessed to visit Northern Nevada and South Lake Tahoe, CA.
But first a shot of San Diego International Airport from above on a gloomy day. I almost missed my flight but some days there is a God and my boarding time got pushed forward by 30 minutes so I made it.
In Nevada, I went to Virginia City which is one of the oldest cities in the United States. It is also home to some of the most haunted buildings in the country. The guys of Ghost Adventures have even visited that city. There was a weird vibe in the saloon I went to, so I believe that whole town was haunted.

Then I ventured to South Lake Tahoe, CA for the first time in my life. The sun was bright, the sand was hot, but the water was so cold. I went kayaking and fell in the lake even though I do not know how to swim. But I had a life vest, so we good!

Just call me Brenda the Explorer.
Hands down, this was an amazing trip. Life is all about making memories and experiencing new things. Seeing new
faces and seeing new places. I love the city life but I would pick nature over city any day. It was my first time up at
Lake Tahoe, but it definitely won’t be my last.
