California Pageant, June 4, 2012
Mrs. El Dorado County International, Holly Bialorucki of El Dorado Hills, California is the newly crowned Mrs. El Dorado County International 2013. Bialorucki will leverage her position as Mrs. El Dorado County International 2013 to champion the cause of early childhood intervention for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her dedication to this important effort is a personal one. Bialorucki’s 13 year-old daughter received this frightening diagnosis at age 3, with a prognosis that provided little hope.
Despite a daunting future, Bialorucki and her husband, Carl refused to accept that their child had “slipped away” into her own world; a world that did not include any of the loving interactions, sometimes taken for granted, between a parent and a child.
Through the efforts of teachers, family members, friends, in home therapy through Advanced Kids, and assistance from Alta Regional, early cognitive and behavioral intervention worked a miracle. Today, this vibrant teenage girl is succeeding in mainstream middle school, enjoys a variety of activities including martial arts training, but most importantly is a loving member of a thankful family.
The Bialorucki's have been married for 16 years, and also have a 14 year-old son. Carl is a sergeant for the Placerville Police Department and together they own and operate Pursuit Performance Training LLC, providing law enforcement and other occupational athletes, with integrated wellness programming to improve physical performance, and reduce the associated health costs of unfit employees.
Holly met her husband while they both worked in the grocery business in the Bay Area.
She believes that the greatest challenge facing married couples today is spending quality time together despite an over scheduled lifestyle, including work and children.
She credits her committed marriage with providing her the strength to persevere through some of life’s tougher challenges.
Holly is a graduate of Los Gatos High School, and serves as the CFO and Owner of Pursuit Performance Training. In addition to her charitable causes, She enjoys the sport of fitness training, and promotes better health through proper nutrition and exercise.
She will travel to Bakersfield this September as the delegate from El Dorado County to compete for the Mrs. California 2013 title.
The Mrs. California International Pageant is an official state preliminary to the Mrs. International Pageant Inc. and is independently produced by GT Productions of Bakersfield under the executive directorship of Gayle Tape.
