Local Photogs at Workshop and outing for photo opportunity
Jack's wildlife photography workshop is this Sunday, May 4th from 3 pm to 7 pm.
The workshop starts at my Root Cellar Gallery off Green Valley Rd and after a short orientation and camera setup we head to the lake in Greenstone Country.
Above are some of the wildlife images taken at this lake from last year.
We will have 2 kayaks available. Pizza, wine or beer after the workshop at Jack Nissen's house in Greenstone Country. I will have several long Canon lens for participants to use. Contact Jack Nissen at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Cost is $50.
Jack Nissen writes-- It is highly likely that you will get close enough to the mute swans so that 200mm will be plenty. There will be dragonflies too. And, at least today, a very tolerant pair of nesting Nuttall's woodpeckers at my house. We understand if you only want to attend with a longer lens and would hope to see you at another class in the future if you decide to skip this one.
