Vinnie's Sangria: Bartender of the Month

 Vinnie shares, "Red Hawk Casino is a fun and challenging place to work!  Every day I get to use the talents I've acquired during my food and beverage career.  My background as an international flight attendant has taken me too many exotic locations around the world.  I've had the opportunity to savor wines and spirits across the globe which has inspired my recipe of the month, Vinnie's Sangria.  I hope you enjoy.  And next time you see me at Red Hawk, make sure to stop by and say, "Hi!"

Vinnie’s Sangria

½ glass Cabernet Sauvignon (2–3 oz)
½ oz Gran Gala Orange Liqueur
½ oz Peach Schnapps
½ oz Absolut Raspberri
Fill with Cranberry Juice and Orange Juice
Garnish with a Raspberry
