Board of Supervisors presenting awards to winners of the 18th Annual Student Map Drawing Contest hosted by the County and sponsored by the local organization of professional Surveyors, Architects, Geologists and Engineers (S.A.G.E.)Contest first place winner, Belinda Tarrant, 17, points to her map of Rio de Janeiro as Supervisor, Jack Sweeney and second place winner, and sister, Natalie Tarrant, 17, center and third place winner, Amy Silverbush look on. The Tarrant sisters are seniors with the American Christian Academy and Amy Silverbush is a senior attending Ponderosa High School. The award ceremony took place at the
Board of Supervisor's, on Fairlane in Placerville on May 15th.
