- Doc Martin · Top Commenter · Foothill College4 pounds can easily be proven in court to be a personal amount. Should this gentleman have a medical recommendation in a state from which he grew his medicine then he's doing a lot better. He might have been moving to or has a recommendation in a state which recognizes and allows medicinal cannabis. Colorado maybe? Anyways the point of the story is to show you all how much money we waste on this war on medicine. Did anyone get they were working a multi agency patrol in the area? Patrol for what? Cannabis. They know the harvest season is over and they profile and arrest people like shooting fish in a teacup. How many officers getting paid overtime for months to slow the traffic of MEDICINE. The system is drowning from lack of funds and all they do waste as much as possible every direction you look.
- Cindy WaitingAnother stupid criminal.
- Greg Seagrave · Works at Self Employed ArtistYeah Cindy, another stupid taxpayer that's going to have to pay for the investigation,
the court costs, processing fees, and for room and board for that guy for the next few years,
ALL for a lousy 4 pounds of pot! The costs of this arrest will do nothing but take more money
out of your pocket - and in times like this couldn't that money be better spent? But go ahead
applaud this "big" effort, it does nothing but cost YOU money!
