How to 'Age Well' classes offered in Cameron Park
The El Dorado County Commission on Aging, in collaboration with the Cameron Park Community Services District, is offering the “Aging Well Series” to seniors. The training will focus on numerous issues impacting seniors in El Dorado County. The cost of the training is $5 per session.
All of the training sessions for the Aging Well Series will be held in the Cameron Park Community Center Social Room, 2502 Country Club Drive, in Cameron Park from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on the following dates and covering the topics listed:
• Tuesday, Oct. 15 – “Age is Not Numbers”
• Tuesday, Oct. 29 – “Health Passport … Journey to End of Life Issues”
• Tuesday, Nov. 19 – “Decoding Dementia”
• Tuesday, Dec. 3 – “Area on Aging”
