Here are this week's USA Today High School Sports Top 5 National Plays of the Week.
In our Number 1 play of the week, courtesy of Oak Ridge High School in El Dorado Hills, California, QB Ian Book looked for help and Trent Buenzli pulled off a one handed grab for the eight yard touchdown.
Number two comes from Poudre High School in Colorado. Defensive Lineman Austin Powell got into the backfield to block a point and scooped it up for an easy touchdown.
Number three features Comstock Park in Michigan. Running the reverse, Jimmy Whalen found Nate Meinke for the over-the-shoulder catch, which ended with a 38 yard touchdown.
Number four comes from South Portland High School in Maine. Wearing the camouflage jersey, Joey DiBiase blasted his way through a couple defenders, changed direction, made a defender miss, stiff armed another and PAYDIRT!- A hard earned 40 yard TD run.
Our number 5 play is from Atlantic Coast High School in Jacksonville. Traevaris Ferrell read a pass play perfectly, made the interception at the line of scrimmage and took it all the way back for the touchdown.
