Pollock Pines Dean Fawcett Faces Kidnapping Charge

April 23, 2012 (KCRA) -- After showing up at a Camino home and pointing a handgun at a mother and her child, a man is now charged with kidnapping in an incident involving another adult, deputies said Monday.
Dean Fawcett was looking for 32-year-old Anthony Russo, although the El Dorado County Sheriff's Office didn't specify in its news release why Fawcett was angry.
Deputies were called to the 5200 block of Cedar Drive, in the Camino/Pollock Pines area, about 1:30 p.m. Sunday on the report of a kidnapping, Sgt. Jim Byers said.
Witnesses told deputies Fawcett showed up to the home with the gun, confronted the residents and finally found Russo in the back of the house.
