Coalition aims to reduce cost of healthcare premiums

El Dorado Hills resident and Folsom businessman Tom Avery has launched a new business aimed at helping employers contain healthcare premium costs.
Health care companies continue to report profits, yet premium costs continue to rise and are the second highest cost for small and medium size business, he said.
