Mother, Jennifer Kendall, 32, Arrested for Child Stealing from El Dorado County

Investigators with a Spokane task force found Kendall and the toddler living on Spokane’s South Hill.  They took Kendall into custody without incident on April 9.

A Spokane judge granted custody to the boy’s father in California.

Kendall was booked into the Spokane County Jail for being a fugitive from justice.  She is expected to be extradited back to California to face charges.
