Best New Website about El Dorado County Wine Culture
The "Wine and Dine Gold Country" website is surprisingly comprehensive for a newly published local informational web location. In our opinion, it is the best local website to emerge in sometime. Many wine experts will recognize Marty from reading his stories in publications like the San Francisco Examiner.
Marty is a trained chef and wine aficionado with forty years of wine tasting experience. He knows wine and food and lives in Gold Country where he raises goats, makes great BBQ, studies Gold Country history, cures meat, and enjoy life in this great area with his friends and family. He also host a radio show on KFOK-LPFM in Georgetown called The Best of Gold Country Culture. Marty writes about the places and people he knows and her is always in a good mood!
Marty is most often seen with his wife Kathleen. She works on the administrative end of this website. She puts together their radio show on KFOK and keeps up our "Wine and Dine Gold Country" newsletter. The newsletter is now the most comprehensive newsletter on the Western Slope in El Dorado County. She is also the vice president of the Divide Chamber of Commerce and writes children's books with stories about their goats and dogs.
