Structure fire on Main Street

 SMOKE RISES from the roof of a structure at 617 Main Street in Downtown Placerville after a fire broke out Wednesday afternoon March 13. Fire crews got the fire under control, and damage seemed limited to the roof and upper level of the building.

Two commercial/ retail store fronts plus three residential apartments for sale in historic downtown Placerville in El Dorado county. Retail space rents for approx. $2200 and $1600 per month. Apartments rent for $650. each. Approx $65,000 per year total. All are mostly remodeled, new windows, hvac, kitchens and carpet. Total size approx 4300 sqft. on .14 acre.
