Commission OKs Malcolm Dixon revised subdivision plan

Along with approval of the process for financing improvements, the commission also accepted the revision to the approved tentative map and negative declaration on the project.
The El Dorado County Planning Commission took action at its Jan. 10 meeting that moved ahead the Malcolm Dixon Road Estates Subdivision by approving a revision to the approved tentative map that included a phased plan for financing improvements.
The property, which is owned by Chris Labarbera, consists of 40.6 acres, divided into eight lots, located on the north side of the Malcolm Dixon Road in the El Dorado Hills area.
Staff offered the commission three options in deciding how to establish an Area of Benefit and share of cost funding within the area of the project.
