Community Action Council Seeks New Member

The purpose of the El Dorado County Community Action Council is to act in an advisory capacity to the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors and the County Health and Human Services Agency about the needs of the community on issues relating to human services for low-income residents of El Dorado County.
The El Dorado County Community Action Council is seeking to fill a one vacancy representing the Community Member Sector. Community Agencies that serve El Dorado County residents, in areas such as shelter, food, medical, counseling, etc. are encouraged to apply for membership.
The purpose of the El Dorado County Community Action Council is to act in an advisory capacity to the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors and the County Health and Human Services Agency about the needs of the community on issues relating to human services for low-income residents of El Dorado County. The Council provides an avenue for collaborative participation of local government, private organizations and private citizens of the community in serving the most vulnerable populations.
