Missing Italian Greyound Spotted in El Dorado Hills

He was spotted on Friday in El Dorado Hills, specifically the Ridgeview neighborhood. He was seen in the hills just above Via Travsio Lane. His name is Cairo. He is a male. Cairo is wearing a red and black plaid coat.
Our miniature (Italian) Greyhound is still missing. He was spotted on Friday in El Dorado Hills, specifically the Ridgeview neighborhood. He was seen in the hills just above Via Travsio Lane. His name is Cairo. He is a male. Cairo is wearing a red and black plaid coat. He weighs about 15 lbs and looks just like a regular greyhound, only much smaller in size. He is primarily grey/seal with a white chest and white legs. He is microchipped.
Cairo is a very skittish dog. He will not poke his head out much until he absolutely can't take it anymore.
