Broadway area is full of folks wandering around, urinating and relieving themselves right out in public, and they are bullying the customers and merchants of the local businesses.
Has anyone else noticed the changes going on in Eastern Placerville area? I think the homeless camp is helping many people but this upper Broadway area is full of folks wandering around, urinating and relieving themselves right out in public, and they are bullying the customers and merchants of the local businesses. The shopping center above the Dollar Tree is full of trash, old food and many transients just hanging around. I shop regularly at the Grocery Outlet, but these people are getting really aggressive and I am feeling uncomfortable, and unsafe. The destruction is making its way down Broadway and I think we need to open our eyes and find some solutions. The cuts made to local programs is sending many out on the streets to fend for themselves. I think we need some help, right away.
