Local Man may be First in California Denied Parental Visits due to "Medical Marijuana" card

There is a man in your community that is a good neighbor, a good friend, a good husband and father.

This man has lived here, worked here, enjoys the beautiful people shops and sights.

He is not a law breaker, he is not an unwelcomed soul in your county.

This man is the first person in the great State of California to be denied his parental visits due to his legal civil rights to hold a medical Marjuanna card.

This man went to court last year this time to get MORE time with his daughter. He was home on medical leave, (severe accident at work.)

He has since spent THOUSANDS of dollars,  on jumping through the hoops of a system that is clearly BIAS against this medical treatment.

This man was prescribed medication from his doctor that would incapaciate him, ruin organs and other bodily tissues. He choose this route, never to be done in the presence of his daughter, under sworn oath, the mother stated it was never seen or done in the home.

Prior to bedtime, this man would medicate, and go to bed.

So why am I writing you , because we do not know what else to do, no one cares that a little girl changes in her growing years, and she just missed a year with her father, she never got to say good bye to an uncle that passed in May , she never got time to spend with an elderly grandmother that flew out for Christmas last year.

This man commited no crime, yet by the circus of this case you would never know this.  Shame on our Judges for not doing thier job,

This is a story for Lifetime for sure. a first in your State..  Here is your medical card, GOD help you if you use it, properly. !

Some ear out there needs to listen this is such a gross injustice.  All the neighbors of Garden Valley and people everywhere want to help  Mark Hahn be reunited with his daughter mackenzie !
